My name is Adrienne Torkildson. I live in Utah and have 2 children and an amazing husband.
I first learned about the need for emotional release when my husband went through a really difficult experience that tested the limits of our relationship.
I found a practitioner who helped me learn about my emotional needs, how to work through difficult emotions, and put me on a path of wholeness. Now, I can appreciate that difficult experience because it set me on a path to healing and learning more about my authentic self. I’ve learned to work through my emotions, to embrace my anger, instead of talking myself out of feeling them. There isn’t an option of getting around your emotions, you just have to work through them. The more you’re able to honor and validate, the easier it is to let go of the heavier emotions and feel lighter.
Now, this path has taken me to a new place of facilitating others on their journeys to healing and wholeness. This work is fulfilling and it’s always an honor for someone to trust me to hold a safe space for them as they dig deep within themselves to learn who they truly are.
